This Privacy Policy describes how Autonomy Digital ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with Autonomy Hub, an internal client portal operated exclusively for clients and staff of Autonomy Digital.

1. Scope

Autonomy Hub is a private, invitation-only application. Access is restricted to authorized users — agency staff and clients of Autonomy Digital. This application is not available to the general public.

2. Information We Collect

We collect and process the following categories of information:

• Account information: Name and email address provided at account creation.
• Authentication data: Login credentials managed through Supabase Auth. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
• Google Ads data: With your authorization via OAuth 2.0, we access Google Ads account data including campaign performance metrics, keyword data, and bid information. This access is used solely to populate reporting and forecasting features within Autonomy Hub.
• Usage data: Actions taken within the application such as comments, form submissions, and module interactions, stored to support the client portal experience.
• Uploaded files: Documents and media uploaded through the application, stored in Supabase Storage.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to:

• Operate and maintain the Autonomy Hub client portal
• Provide reporting, forecasting, and campaign management features to authorized users
• Enable communication between agency staff and clients within the platform
• Improve the functionality and performance of the application

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or Google Ads data with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes. Google Ads data accessed through the API is used exclusively within Autonomy Hub to serve the account holder.

4. Google API Data

Autonomy Hub uses the Google Ads API to access advertising account data on behalf of authorized users. Our use of data obtained through Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained from Google APIs is not used for serving advertisements, is not transferred to third parties, and is not used for any purpose other than operating the features described in this policy.

5. Data Storage and Security

All application data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database platform. Access is controlled through row-level security policies. Data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS and at rest. The application is hosted on Vercel. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the application. If you or your organization terminates its relationship with Autonomy Digital, you may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below.

7. Third-Party Services

Autonomy Hub integrates with the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
• Vercel — application hosting and deployment
• Google Ads API — advertising account data access
• Google Search Console API — search performance data access

Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy and data processing terms.

8. Your Rights

Authorized users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting Autonomy Digital. Requests will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of any updated policy.
