Autonomy Hub is an invitation-only platform available exclusively to clients and authorized staff of Autonomy Digital. Access is granted by Autonomy Digital and may be revoked at any time. You may not share your login credentials or grant access to unauthorized parties.

2. Permitted Use

You agree to use Autonomy Hub only for its intended purpose: reviewing campaign reporting, collaborating with the Autonomy Digital team, and accessing materials related to your digital marketing engagement. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the application or its underlying systems

  • Reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the application
  • Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

3. Google Ads API Use

Autonomy Hub accesses Google Ads account data on your behalf via the Google Ads API, subject to your authorization through OAuth 2.0. By using features that connect to your Google Ads account, you confirm that you have the authority to grant this access and that such access complies with Google's terms of service. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Google account settings.

4. Confidentiality

The content within Autonomy Hub, including campaign data, reports, strategies, and communications, is confidential. You agree not to disclose or share this information with parties outside your organization without the prior written consent of Autonomy Digital.

5. Intellectual Property

Autonomy Hub and its underlying software, design, and content are the property of Autonomy Digital. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the application. Content you upload or submit through the platform remains your property, and you grant Autonomy Digital a limited license to store and display it within the platform for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Disclaimers

Autonomy Hub is provided "as is." While we work to maintain reliability and accuracy, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. Forecasts, projections, and keyword data presented within the platform are estimates and should not be relied upon as guarantees of performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autonomy Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use Autonomy Hub, including any loss of data or business interruption.

8. Termination
